Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed only after payment has been successfully received and verified via approved payment methods.

Processing times may vary based on order volume, verification requirements, or availability. Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

Pure Peptides LLC reserves the right to delay or cancel any order if verification is required or if suspicious, fraudulent, or unauthorized activity is suspected.

2. Shipping Methods

Shipping methods, carriers, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.

Pure Peptides LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs clearance, labor disruptions, or events beyond our control.

3. Risk of Loss

All orders are deemed delivered once tendered to the shipping carrier.

Risk of loss, damage, or delay transfers to the buyer upon carrier acceptance of the shipment, except where otherwise required by law.

4. Address Accuracy

You are solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Pure Peptides LLC is not liable for:

  • Lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not recovered

Reshipments due to address errors may require additional payment.

5. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Shipments

You must inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

Claims for damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be submitted within three (3) calendar days of confirmed delivery.

To submit a claim, email support@buypurepeptides.com and include:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photographic evidence of packaging and contents

Failure to submit a claim within this timeframe constitutes acceptance of the shipment as delivered.

Pure Peptides LLC does not accept returns of shipped products.

6. International Shipping

International customers are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable import, export, customs, and regulatory requirements.

Pure Peptides LLC is not responsible for:

  • Customs delays or inspections
  • Seizures or rejections
  • Duties, taxes, or fees imposed by foreign authorities

No refunds or replacements will be issued for international shipments affected by customs or regulatory actions.

7. Governing Law

This Shipping Policy shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
