Returns and Refunds

1. All Sales Final / No Returns

Due to the sensitive and perishable nature of research‑grade peptides, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances.

By placing an order with Pure Peptides LLC ("Pure Peptides," "we," "us," or "our"), you acknowledge and agree that products cannot be resold, restocked, or reused once shipped, and therefore are ineligible for return.

2. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders

You are responsible for inspecting your order immediately upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, you must notify us within three (3) calendar days of confirmed delivery.

To request a review, you must email support@buypurepeptides.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photographic evidence of the damaged packaging and/or product

Failure to report an issue within the required timeframe constitutes acceptance of the shipment as delivered.

Pure Peptides LLC is not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or undelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the buyer.

3. Resolution Process

If your claim is timely submitted and approved at our sole discretion, Pure Peptides LLC may, at its option:

  • Issue a replacement shipment, or
  • Issue a refund

We do not issue Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) or accept physical product returns under any circumstances. Replacement determinations are final.

4. Refunds (If Approved)

Refunds are rare and granted only in cases of verified shipping error or damage attributable solely to Pure Peptides LLC.

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued only to the original method of payment
  • Refund timing may vary based on the payment platform used
  • Processing may take five (5) to ten (10) business days after approval

All refunds are discretionary and subject to verification.

5. Payment Method Limitations

All payments are accepted exclusively via Venmo or Cash App.

You acknowledge and agree that payments made through Venmo or Cash App are treated as person‑to‑person transfers, and that such platforms do not provide traditional chargeback rights.

By completing a purchase, you expressly waive any right to dispute, reverse, or attempt to recover payment through Venmo, Cash App, or any financial institution.

6. No Refunds Based on Research Outcomes

Products are sold strictly for in‑vitro research purposes only.

Pure Peptides LLC makes no guarantees regarding research outcomes, experimental results, effectiveness, suitability, or compatibility. Variability in results may occur due to factors beyond our control, including handling, storage, experimental design, and laboratory conditions.

Refunds or replacements will not be issued based on:

  • Research performance
  • Experimental outcomes
  • Subjective dissatisfaction
  • Misinterpretation of product specifications

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pure Peptides LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, physical, emotional, social, or financial damages arising from the purchase, possession, or use of our products or Website.

Your sole remedy is limited to the resolution options expressly described in this Policy.

8. International Orders

International customers are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable import, export, customs, and regulatory requirements.

Pure Peptides LLC is not liable for:

  • Customs delays
  • Seizures
  • Rejections
  • Duties, taxes, or fees imposed by foreign authorities

No refunds or replacements will be issued for international orders affected by regulatory or customs actions.

9. Governing Law and Venue

This Return and Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles.

Any legal action arising under this Policy shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to such jurisdiction.

10. Policy Modifications

Pure Peptides LLC reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time without prior notice. Updates will be posted on the Website, and continued use of the Website or purchase of products constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
