Due to the delicate nature of our research-grade peptides, we are unable to accept returns.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is missing, damaged, or you received the wrong item. We will evaluate and resolve the issue. Pure Peptides is not liable for packages lost or undelivered due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the buyer.

To request review of a damaged or incorrect shipment, email support@purepeptides.com within 3 days of receipt with photos and your order number.

If approved, we’ll issue a Return Authorization (RMA) and send a replacement or refund.

Dispute Resolution

By choosing to pay with a credit card, you agree not to initiate a chargeback with your card issuer. If you have concerns about your order, you must first contact Pure Peptides to resolve the issue. All sales are final unless a written agreement is reached between you and Pure Peptides.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, you will be refunded to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Pure Peptides does not guarantee specific research outcomes, effectiveness, or applications, as results vary based on factors such as experimental conditions and handling, which are beyond our control. Refunds or returns are not available based on research performance or perceived results.

Pure Peptides is not responsible for any damages—whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, physical, emotional, social, or financial—arising from the use of our products or website.

International Buyers

Buyers are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with their local laws, regulations, and customs requirements. Pure Peptides is not liable for any delays, seizures, or additional costs incurred due to non-compliance with international regulations.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This refund policy and any disputes arising from it shall be governed by the laws of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal actions must be brought exclusively in the courts of Wyoming.
